Sizelove Construction was awarded the Jesuit Natatorium structural concrete contract. From the parking lot to the cast-in-place bleachers, all the way to the exquisite designs of the core towers. The Sizelove team’s high-quality finish is showcased throughout.
The two core towers, which required abandoning all conventional thinking on the formwork method, were highly complex—first, each architectural finish needed to replicate a previously built exposed concrete construction on the Jesuit campus. Second, six-inch foam insulation was intricately compressed between the walls of the core towers maximizing energy-efficiency, durability and performance. Thirdly, the refined architectural design involved aligning the revealed tie holes creating a seamless architectural masterpiece.
