Granite Southlake

Granite Southlake is located in downtown Southlake, Texas. The development includes a four-story parking garage and a 158, 000 sf class AA office building designed to accommodate entrepreneurs and business owners to collaborate and help them spark new innovative ideas. The six-story cast in place pan slab concrete facility was constructed on a tight timeline and was completed on schedule.
